One of the things I love to do is martial arts training! not only do I have the chance to workout and spar with some of my colleagues in the art, but it does provide a great source of cardio! Believe it or not, martial arts provides a great cardio workout as other sports. You are not only using your hands and feet. Your entire body is in motion. I must admit I have slacked off within the past month or two.
Whenever I am not training, it shows! My physique is off with their my wind (this is not a good image). After my previous tournament, I had to sit out due to a foot injury from my first fight. This injury was the prime reason, I was not able to train. Today after work, My bro Anthony asked me to stopped by this martial arts/MMA school in southern Indiana. Finding a location to train is no longer an issue.

It was great being able to train back in the dojo. The facility was suited for every martial artist wants and needs. From core training to sparring to cross training (punching bags), there was no gaps. Once again, I was a kid in the candy store again. My training (without sparring) consist of a few rounds for footwork, shoot an array of basic kicking drills (i.e. roundhouse, sidekick), punching combinations, and the heavy bag.
My primary goal is lose some weight!! The top I wore was half of a sauna suit. The nylon material is designed to release water weight. Well its day 2 for the suit! Ready to get back into my favorite pair of jeans #kanyeshrug
